Notes:
1. A single registration for a participant only permits one academic presentation during the conference.
2. If the full paper exceeds 10 pages, there will be an additional $45 registration fee per page.
3. If the author choose "Presentation only without submitting an abstract", the Conference Registration needs to be completed before October 20.
