Presentation Guidelines

Below are the time allocated times for each type of presentation. The following allocated times include both presentation itself and the Q&A. The presenting authors are asked to adhere to the time limits below.

·         Invited Speaker: 20min

·         General Speaker: 15min

 

Please note the facilities at the conference venue does NOT support the use of personal laptops. Please ensure you bring a USB flash drive containing your MS PowerPoint (PPT) file with you. Additionally, please make sure your presentation file is uploaded to the designated computer in the presentation room at least 15mins before the start of your session.
