Full Paper Submission

We are pleased to announce that the full papers will be published in the conference proceedings Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering by Springer Nature and it will be indexed in the following major databases:

●       EI Compendex,

●       SCOPUS,

●       SCImago,

●       INSPEC,

●       Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series,

●       zbMATH

 

There are two options for full paper submission:

Option 1: For conference use only and will NOT be published in this conference proceeding

Option 2: For conference use AND official publication in this conference proceeding

 

If you selected “No” for “Published in the form of conference papers” during the abstract submission and would like to change your mind for your full paper to be published in Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering by Springer Nature (Option 2 below), please log into the online submission system and click “Modify” button of your submitted abstract under “Abstract List”, and change the selection at “Published in the form of conference papers” to “Yes.”

 

 

Option 1: For conference use only and will NOT be published in conference proceeding

Your full paper will only made available to conference participants attending the conference. The paper will not be officially published. You ONLY need to submit the following files:

1.      PDF file of your full paper

2.      MS Word file of your full paper

Note:

·         Please ONLY submit these two files if you do NOT want your full paper to be published in the conference proceeding by Springer Nature.

·         Please use the conference full paper template provided on this webpage above.

 

 

Option 2: For conference use AND official publication in the conference proceeding

Your full paper will be made available to conference participants attending the conference AND published in the Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (LNCE) by Springer Nature. You will need to submit the following files:

1.      PDF file of your full paper

2.      MS Word file of your full paper

3.      PDF file of your Contributor Agreement Form (completed and signed)

4.     PDF file of your Permissions Request Form (If your full paper contains third-party content or material that you have created by yourself and already published elsewhere, you will also need to submit a completed “Permissions Request Form").

Note:

·       Submission of “Contributor Agreement Form” is COMPULSORY for full papers to be published in Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (LNCE) by Springer Nature.

·        The “Contributor Agreement Form” can be downloaded at after you log into the full paper submission online system.  Please ensure you complete the following information in the form:

o   Title of your paper

o   Author(s)’ full name(s)

o   Corresponding author name

o   Signature

o   Email

·         Please use the conference full paper template provided on this webpage above.

·         Please ensure you include the authors’ email in the full paper (see the full paper template file available on our conference website).

·         Please ensure you read the Springer Nature’s Proceeding website.
