ICES2024 is to be held at Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center, located in the high-end exhibition economic zone of Yuncheng Street, Baiyun District. The Center is adjacent to the beautiful scenery of Baiyun Mountain encompassing architectures with new era of Lingnan Chinese styles, houses a five-star hotel capable of delivering high-standard international events. The transportation is covenient with many bus lines and Metro Line 2 passing through Baiyun Cultural Square Station, which is near Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center.

Guangzhou University is a prestigious university named after the city of Guangzhou, funded and developed under the support of both Guangdong province and Guangzhou city. The university was forged through the merger of five institutions in higher education in 2000, with longer history traceable back in the 1930s.
