1.海外参会人员网站预订酒店成功后，酒店会在一周内发出预订函。

For international attendees, upon successful reservation through the website, the hotel will issue a booking confirmation letter within one week.

2.客人携带预订函在酒店前台刷卡办理入住手续，支付方式支持外币信用卡。

Guests are required to present the booking confirmation letter at the hotel front desk and complete the check-in process using a credit card. Foreign currency credit cards are accepted.

3.国内参会人员可直接通过酒店链接预定并在线支付。

Domestic attendees may book directly via the hotel link and complete the payment online.
